Race director notes
Paddle into Antelope Canyon proper from Antelope Point launch on Lake Powell. Slot-canyon flatwater with iconic sandstone walls right at the waterline. Glassy in the morning; canyon-funnel wind can build by 10 AM. Park at Antelope Point Marina — NPS day pass + watercraft fee. Best when the lake is full enough to push you deep into the canyon.
